Sumit, first, it is important to realize that you asking questions about a very specialized area. We know Excel (hopefully). But we may or may not know anything about 'process capability' beyond what we can read in 5 minutes from wikipedia.org.
If you also do not have expert knowledge of 'process capability', do not expect to get an education about it here. On the contrary, unless a respondent identifies him/herself as a 'process capability' expert, we are more likely to mislead than to help you.
That said, we might be able to address your Excel questions if we read between the lines.
In your original posting a year ago(!), you asked how to calculate Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk from your data.
GS offered a pointer to a wiki page that contains those formulas. I had noted then that those formulas assume the data are 'normally distributed', which your data are not.
Nevertheless, it is not uncommon to assume, rightly or wrongly, that data are a random sample from a normal distribution. And the sample average and standard deviation is used as an estimate of the population statistics, often with some correction factor to account for sample size and variability.
At a minimum, see the Excel AVERAGE and STDEV functions. Substitute those results appropriately in the formulas for Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk.
Your original data are missing the specification limits of the process. Are we to assume that these are defined by the Excel MIN and MAX functions applied to the data?
Finally, you asked then and now something about how 'to draw the bell shaped curve [..] from a given range of data'. Is the following image what you are interested in?
